MCC-JCL Aynak Minerals Company Limited (“the Company”) has been incorporated in Afghanistan as a limited liability company on 09 September 2008  under the Corporation and Limited Liability Companies Law of Afghanistan. The registered office of the company is situated in Kabul, Afghanistan.The company was established by MCC Tongsin Resource Limited (“MCCT”) and Jiangxi Copper Company Limited (“JCL”) for the implementation of the Mining Contract for the Aynak Copper Deposit signed between the Government of Afghanistan and MCC-Jiangxi Copper Consortium (“the Consortium”) on 25 May 2008 (effective date 08 September 2008). The Consortium comprises of China Metallurgical Group Corporation (“MCC”) (parent entity of MCCT), and JCL. Under the Mining Contract, the Consortium was granted mineral rights for a period of 30 years to undertake exploration, exploitation, processing, smelting and sale of the Aynak Copper Deposit.

I. Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for communicating with suppliers, handling procurement needs and orders, and ensuring that the procurement plan is implemented;

2. Maintain and optimize supplier relationships and establish long-term, reliable, and stable procurement channels;

3. Through price negotiation and procurement strategy formulation, reduce procurement costs and improve procurement quality;

4. Other work arranged temporarily

II. Requirements for employment:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical, electrical, automation and other science and engineering majors are preferred;

2, 3 or more years of experience in procurement management, familiar with the procurement process;

3. Chinese and English can be used as working languages;

4- Must  understand chinese lanaguage. 

5. Kabul and Loger are two work locations that can be accepted, and travel can be accepted.
