Agency for Assistance and Development of Afghanistan (AADA) is an Afghan non-profit non-governmental organization working for the development of Afghanistan mainly through (1) provision of quality health services; (2) community development; (3) training and capacity building at professional and community levels; and (4) research in topics of public health and social sciences besides various projects in different parts of Afghanistan.
Job Description
- Engage with the visitor(s) in two-way communication sessions i.e group and or one on one sessions to record their feedback, quires, and complaints in logbook.
- Refer query, complaints, and feedback in line with referral pathways and processes.
- Follow up with key service providers i.e. Health, Nutrition, WASH, Protection, Education, for the closing of the feedback loop.
- Conduct community meetings and FGDs to ensure that community insights are regularly collected and addressed.
- Ensure that feedback received through the system is properly documented, analyzed, and responded to in a timely manner.
- Share updated report from the CEFCs on a regular basis-daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Assist humanitarian actors on ensuring community participation, community perception and help promote community voices and concerns.
- Participate in weekly local health shura meeting to update the progress of CEFCs activities and seeks their required supports.
- Conduct awareness session with the visitors on key priority behaviors.
Job Requirements
- University Degree in social science or diploma in health or nutrition fields.
- At least six months experience working in health & nutrition mobilizer community engagement, feedback mechanisms, monitoring or a related field with NGOs/INGOs.
- Fluency in spoken Pashto, Dari are required. Having excellent working knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Understanding and respect for local culture, traditions, and social norms is essential for trust building with communities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications (e.g. Kobo) for data collection and reporting.
Have effective communication and problem-solving skills.
