We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our social media and marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing both digital and physical marketing efforts, managing the social media and customer care teams, and generating innovative marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the social media and customer care teams
Oversee content creation across all social media platforms
Provide direction and ideas to the content team to ensure engaging, brand-consistent content
Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to support company goals
Monitor and follow up on all social media activities and related tasks
Coordinate offline/physical marketing efforts, including campaigns, events, and branding materials
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and apply them to our strategy
Analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly
Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing or senior digital marketing role
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage social media teams and customer care operations
Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends (e.g. SEO, social media algorithms, Google Ads, content marketing)
Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns (digital and physical)
Strong leadership skills and experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of creativity and innovation in developing marketing content and strategies
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Experience in using marketing analytics tools to measure performance and ROI
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
