Job Descriptions:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring smooth branch operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the telecom industry, and a passion for driving business growth.

Duties & Responsibilites:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branch Operations: Manage all operational aspects of the branch, including daily activities, staffing, and inventory management.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
  • Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales of SIM cards, credit cards, and other services. Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer complaints or issues.
  • Staff Training: Train and develop branch employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all operations comply with Salaam Telecommunication’s policies and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records and generate sales and performance reports.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of products and services, and conduct stock audits as necessary.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in telecom sales or retail management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong sales and customer service focus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Telecommunication products and services is a plus.
