Agency for Assistance and Development of Afghanistan (AADA) is an Afghan non-profit non-governmental organization working for the development of Afghanistan mainly through (1) provision of quality health services; (2) community development; (3) training and capacity building at professional and community levels; and (4) research in topics of public health and social sciences besides various projects in different parts of Afghanistan

• Develop training plans, curricula, and materials tailored to local agricultural needs and cultural contexts.
• Conduct technical training sessions for beneficiaries on topics including sustainable farming, soil fertility management, pest control, and water conservation.
• Coordinate schedules and logistics for training sessions across multiple locations in Paktika.
• Monitor participant progress and adapt training methods to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with local authorities, NGOs, and community leaders to ensure alignment with regional agricultural priorities.
• Submit detailed reports on training outcomes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
• Provide post-training support to beneficiaries through follow-up visits or remote consultations.
• Integrate climate-smart agricultural practices into training modules.
• Supervise and mentor field assistants or volunteers involved in training activities.

• Afghan National.
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Extension.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in agricultural training, extension services, or rural development.
• Being Local residency is must.
• Proven experience designing and implementing farmer training programs in rural areas.
• Strong knowledge of local farming practices, challenges, and climate conditions in Afghanistan.
• Proficiency in Local Languages; working knowledge of English is preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently to remote areas and work under challenging conditions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and report-writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to navigate multicultural and community dynamics.
