We are seeking Zone-wise I-Trellis Installation Experts to oversee the installation of I-trellis systems for high-density vineyards and orchards across multiple districts in Afghanistan. This role is crucial for enhancing agricultural productivity and sustainability as part of a project managed by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) under the OSRO/AFG/140/WBK initiative. The position requires experts for each zone to ensure efficient and localized implementation.

• Manage the installation of I-trellis systems in specific zones, ensuring compliance with FAO guidelines and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with local teams to ensure timely and quality installation of trellising systems.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify the quality and compliance of trellising materials and installation processes.
• Provide training and technical support to local farmers and teams on the use and maintenance of I-trellis systems.
• Collaborate with local suppliers, construction companies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, including challenges and recommendations for improvement.
