Organization of Rural Development & Rehabilitation is a non-political, non-religious, and non-profit structure established on 1996 with the title of Rural Development & Rehabilitation (RDR) under license # 3958 and registered with the Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan. In the respect to the country regulations and law, the name of RDR changed to ORDR (Organization of Rural Development and Rehabilitation) on 2016. ORDR serves in the field of humanitarian assistance, health, education, Agriculture and women protection services.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparing
the project implementation plan
·
Overall
management of project resources including material resources as well as human
resources under his/her supervision
·
Ensuring
the project smooth and effective implementation as per the implementation
plan, and required technical documents.
·
Ensuring
that the project is achieving the planned outcomes and deliverables
·
Assisting
the project staff in preparation and implementation of their personal plans as
per their specific responsibilities within the project
·
Regularly
coaching and controlling the project staff to improve their job performance
·
Assisting
and facilitating planned project Monitoring and Evaluation
·
Liaising
with relevant government authorities in project-related issues
·
Coordination
with all major stakeholders including the donor, ACHRO HQ, local government
authorities and others
·
Representing
ORDR in cluster coordination meetings in target province.
·
Updating
ORDR management on the status of the project through submitting monthly,
quarterly and final project reports
·
Effectively
managing any possible risk or challenge that may affect the normal course of
project implementation
·
Engaging
the target beneficiaries and other community members in project target areas in
different stages of the project implementation
Strong skills in project planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.

Excellent
leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
·
Familiarity
with donor regulations (UN, USAID, EU, DAHW etc.) and project management
software/tools.
·
Bachelor’s
degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, or
related field.
·
Fluency
in English, Pashto and Dari
