Job Descriptions:

  • Plan, organize, and direct the activities and operations of postal facilities and courier service companies or operational divisions within Akramzada Post and courier service companies
  • Organizing all post office operations, establishing processes where required, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Overseeing the financial operations - accounting, budgeting, and revenue tracking.
  • Manage the duties of supervisors and other staff
  • Ensuring the implementation of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
  • Manage the accurate and effective movement of mail and parcels through sorting facilities
  • Review the effectiveness of assigned operations and carry out changes to postal and courier operations
  • Prepare and submit budget estimates and manage the expenditures of postal and courier facilities
  • Interview, hire and provide training for staff
  • Supervising, training, and supporting staff members to sustain an environment conducive to superior levels of service.
  • Ensuring efficient management of mail distribution and delivery, including parcel tracking, handover, and sorting of letters.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions that uphold the organization's reputation.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and any related field.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Postal and Cargo or related field.
  • Team player and capacity builder.
  • Flexible, with a positive attitude and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
