1. Position Overveiw:

To conduct research and drive innovation in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), focusing on the development of intelligent systems, learning algorithms, and autonomous solutions to address complex technical challenges and support the advancement of technology-driven projects.

2. Key Responsibilities:

1. Research, design, and develop AI models, algorithms, and systems.
2. Conduct both theoretical and applied research in subfields of AI such as machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
3. Develop, train, and evaluate learning models based on real-world data.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into larger systems and applications.
5. Lead the implementation and testing of AI-based prototypes and experimental platforms.
6. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior researchers and developers.
7. Stay current with global advancements in AI and apply new techniques where relevant.
8. Write technical reports and research publications; present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
9. Ensure ethical, secure, and responsible use of AI in all phases of development and deployment.

Contribute to project planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring related to AI initiatives.

Education:
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in AI research and development.

Required Skills:

• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and AI algorithms
• Proficiency in Python and relevant AI libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
• Experience with data analysis, model evaluation, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices and version control systems
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with publishing scientific papers in AI conferences/journals
• Knowledge of ethical AI, explainable AI (XAI), and responsible AI practices

Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms and big data tools
