The senior mining Legal Specialist, reporting directly to the Directorate of Aynak Copper Project, is responsible for providing expert legal advice, drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating all relevant applicable laws and legal instruments related to the mining sector. The candidate should possess knowledge and skills in contract analysis and conducting overall research.
