Position Summary:
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, promote our services, and drive customer acquisition and retention. This role requires creativity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Express Post’s services, including digital, social media, email, and offline campaigns.
Manage online and offline marketing initiatives and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) through engaging content and community interaction.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to refine marketing approaches.
Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials, sales collateral, and lead-generation campaigns.
Plan and execute email marketing, SEO/SEM strategies, and online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports on KPIs and ROI to optimize future efforts.
Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and partnerships to increase brand visibility.
Assist in managing the company’s website content, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized for conversions.
Work with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to amplify marketing efforts.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or a related industry.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
