Job Descriptions:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X).
  • Develop engaging content (posts, stories, reels, short videos) to promote otatickets.com services and travel packages.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Run Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) to increase traffic and bookings.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor customer engagement, brand mentions, and online reviews.
  • Track analytics and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Stay updated on latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms.
  • Collaborate with marketing team, designers, and ticketing staff to align campaigns with company goals.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all online platforms.

 

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads.
  • Experience in content creation, video editing, and use of graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Dari/Pashto.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
  • Creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
