MIDO Dairy is seeking an experienced and motivated Plant Manager to oversee and lead daily operations at our dairy production facility

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and oversee daily running of the dairy processing plant
Manage production of yogurt, milk, yogurt drinks, and other dairy products
Plan and monitor production schedules to meet demand and quality standards
Lead and supervise the production team to ensure efficient workflows
Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality compliance across all operations
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in dairy production and plant operations
Strong knowledge of dairy processing (yogurt, milk, flavored drinks, etc.)
Ability to manage production planning and timelines
Leadership skills to guide and motivate a production team
Technical know-how in maintaining and operating dairy machinery
