A Law Specialist provides expert legal advice and support across various departments within an organization. They ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, manage legal documentation, and help mitigate legal risks through strategic guidance and research.

- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field (Juris Doctor preferred)

- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal role

- Strong understanding of legal systems and procedures

- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Provide legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on relevant laws
• Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Assist in dispute resolution and litigation support
• Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary
• Develop and implement internal policies and procedures
• Monitor legal risk and propose proactive solutions
