Cristal Island Engineering & Construction Company is a leading Afghan firm specializing in telecom site maintenance, installation, power systems, logistics, and civil works. We are committed to quality, safety, and timely project delivery across Afghanistan.
Cristal is currently implementing maintenance projects for Etisalat Afghanistan covering DG, MW, BTS, and power systems across 12 provinces. In addition, we are actively engaged in telecom rollout and civil infrastructure projects nationwide, supporting the expansion and reliability of Afghanistan’s telecom networks.
Maintenance, and troubleshooting of Diesel Generators (DGs) and power systems at telecom sites.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of DG engines, alternators, and power equipment.
Conduct soft setting of DG display panels and configure operational parameters.
Manage and operate DG changeover systems (manual/automatic).
Perform and support engine overhauling and major DG repairs when required.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Solar/Hybrid power systems at telecom sites.
Ensure fuel management, proper load balancing, and safe operation of DGs.
Support electrical/power system installation, cabling, and testing.
Prepare maintenance reports and update logs.
Travel to field sites as required.

Minimum 12th-grade graduate (Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is an advantage).
Minimum 4– years of experience in DG/power system maintenance
Strong knowledge of DG troubleshooting, repair, engine overhauling, and electrical systems.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Willingness to travel to provinces when needed.
