LEGAL STATUS

ASLO is an Afghan non-governmental, non-political, non-profit and non-partisan organization and has the status of legal entity. The organization was informally established in 2012 and was officially registered with the ministry of economy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in 2013.

ASLO is currently working in the Following sectors in Afghanistan:

•          Humanitarian Aid

•          Agriculture and livestock.

•          Women empowerment

•          Wash and Sanitation

•          Health& nutrition

•          Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR)

•          Education

•          Rural development and social protection.

•          Child protection

•          Research and Survey project performance and evaluation,

•          Gender equality/equity. And women empowerment

•          Food security

•          Construction is ASLO’s core activity and most other activities are directly or indirectly related to construction

•          Emergency response and supporting refugees and IDPs and returnees,

•          Legal Aid and access to justice.

• Develop and deliver educational content, programs, and training sessions.
• Coordinate and support curriculum development activities.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and awareness sessions for students, educators, or community members.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance educational outreach.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation as required.

Ensure educational materials are inclusive, engaging, and aligned with institutional goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum Three years of experience in an educational or training role.
• Strong understanding of pedagogy, curriculum design, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online learning platforms.
