JOB SUMMARY:

The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative operations within an organization to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in daily activities. This role involves managing office procedures, supervising administrative staff, handling facility operations, maintaining records, and supporting HR and procurement functions. The Admin Manager ensures compliance with company policies, manages office resources, and facilitates communication across departments. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential to excel in this position.

Job Requirements:

MAIN DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Manage the daily administrative operations of the CINDERELLA INTERNATIONAL GROUP, ensuring a well-functioning and organized work environment.
  • Maintain and update administrative records, documentation, and filing systems (hard and soft copies).
  • Ensure that office supplies, utilities, and equipment are maintained and replenished as needed.
  • Oversee the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of the CINDERELLA INTERNATIONAL GROUP and its facilities.
  • Support arrangements for training, lunch, coaching sessions, committee meetings, and events (booking venues, preparing materials, refreshments, participant lists).
  • Coordinate vehicles in Kabul and support field offices.
  • Prepare and submit administrative expense requests and petty cash documentation with proper supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with field level admin team for monthly reporting.
  • Maintain strong communication and coordination with the executive office, Various Department managers, Project Managers and other staff.
  • Submit monthly administrative activity reports including updates on inventory, facility needs, and support provided.
  • Ensure adherence to CINDERELLA INTERNATIONAL GROUP and donor compliance policies in all administrative logistical functions.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Basic Asset management and procurement understanding.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (required).
  • Master’s degree (e.g. HRM with a focus in Admin) is often preferred.
  • Fluency in languages: English, Dari and Pashto
  • Experience in, event organization, Transport management, and documentation processes.
  • Familiarity with working in a female-led or gender-sensitive environment is an asset.
