Job Purpose:

To provide accurate, professional, and effective counseling to students for selecting countries, universities, and study programs, and to facilitate the admission and visa process to enhance the quality of services and client satisfaction of Gulf Dream Educational Services Company.

 Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Provide comprehensive information to students about countries, universities, fields of study, and admission requirements.
2. Guide students in preparing academic documents and materials required for admission and visa applications.
3. Review student documents carefully to ensure completeness before submission to universities.
4. Assist in preparing and completing application and visa forms.
5. Maintain regular communication and coordination with universities, embassies, and visa centers.
6. Follow up on admission and visa applications until final approval.
7. Prepare regular reports on registered students and the progress of each case.
8. Collaborate with the marketing and advertising departments to attract new students.
9. Provide accurate counseling on selecting academic programs, universities, and estimating study expenses in different countries.
10. Maintain confidentiality, honesty, accuracy, and professionalism in all assigned duties.

• Skills and Competencies:

• Full knowledge of admission and student visa processes for various countries (especially Turkey, India, the UAE, and European countries).
• Proficiency in completing online forms and official correspondence in English.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and information-presentation skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for promoting educational services.
• Responsibility, patience, professional ethics, and polite behavior with clients.

• Educational and Professional Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Journalism, English, or related fields.
• Experience: 2–5 years in educational counseling or academic services.
• Languages: Dari, Pashto, and English (working proficiency required).

•  Performance Evaluation Criteria:

• Quality and impact of counseling provided to students.
• Number of students successfully obtaining admission and visas.
• Accuracy in document handling and reporting.
• Student satisfaction with provided services.
• Adherence to professional ethics, confidentiality, and work discipline.
