Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a highly creative, professional, and fast-working Graphic Designer who can handle projects from start to finish, including video shooting, editing, and designing posters and logos. The ideal candidate must be able to manage multiple company projects efficiently and with high quality, contributing to strengthening the brand and company marketing.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Create professional and visually appealing graphics, including logos, posters, banners, and social media content.
• Manage full video production projects, including planning, filming, editing, and final output.
• Work at high speed on projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content team to generate creative ideas and implement projects quickly.
• Maintain visual identity and brand consistency across all design projects.
• Utilize professional tools and up-to-date software to enhance quality and creativity.
• Organize and maintain archives of completed files and projects.
• Provide innovative and effective solutions in designing and producing visual content.

Skills and Competencies:

• Full proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Professional ability in video shooting and editing from start to finish.
• Creativity, innovation, and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Time management skills and strict adherence to deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and professional interaction with team members and clients.

Education and Professional Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, video production, and media projects.
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing design is a plus.
• Languages: Dari, Pashto, and preferably English (working proficiency required).
