The Agency for Assistance and Development of Afghanistan (AADA) is an Afghan non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to the development of Afghanistan. Position Summary:
The MEAL Specialist (Health) will lead the design, implementation, and management of robust Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning systems for AADA's health-focused programs. S/he will ensure that MEAL activities adhere to donor requirements and organizational standards, driving evidence-based decision-making, program quality, and accountability to beneficiaries. The role requires strong technical skills in health data management, analysis, and a solid understanding of the Afghan health context.
