Permanent Lecturers for MBA Program (Re Announced)

Saba University received an official license from the Afghan Ministry of Higher Education on 30/01/1395 and was registered under serial number 124 and registration number 57 with the directorate of private universities and institutions. The university was inaugurated in Kandahar city on 23/2/1395. The inauguration ceremony was attended by a delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education, numerous academic figures, and students' parents. Saba University provides higher education services in numerous fields, such as Computer Science and Economics. The first Kankor examination was held in the presence of a delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education on 31/4/1395. Saba University of higher education currently has students from 15 provinces, including Kandahar, Uruzgan, Balkh, Baghlan, Takhar, Paktika, Zabul, Ghazni, Ghor, Kabul, Laghman, Nangarhar, Wardak, Herat, and Helmand.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Teaching & Pedagogy: Deliver high-quality, engaging lectures and seminars for MBA courses. Employ case-based methods and innovative teaching strategies to foster a dynamic learning environment.
• Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and continuously update course curricula, syllabi, and teaching materials that reflect the latest academic research and global business trends.
• Research & Scholarship: Maintain an active research agenda leading to publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals. Participate in and present findings at academic conferences.
• Student Supervision & Advising: Provide academic advising and supervise MBA students in their theses, research projects, and professional development.
• University Service: Contribute to administrative duties, committee work, program development, and accreditation processes within the university.
• Professional Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with the business community to enhance the program's practical relevance and network.

• Education: An earned PhD in Business Administration, Management, or a directly related field (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Strategy) from a recognized university.
• Specialization: Expertise in one or more core MBA areas such as Strategic Management, Marketing, Finance, or Organizational Behavior.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of university teaching experience at the postgraduate level. Experience in an MBA program is a significant advantage.
• Research: Must have a demonstrated potential for scholarly research, with at least two research publications in reputable international journals.
• Languages: Full professional fluency in English (both written and spoken), and proficiency in Pashto and/or Dari.
• Note: Candidates with foreign qualifications must provide attested documents and an attestation letter from the Afghan Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE).
