Job Descriptions:

A Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer job involves developing and implementing M&E frameworks to track project progress, collecting and analyzing data to assess impact, and producing reports for stakeholders. Key duties include designing indicators, managing data, verifying information, supporting program planning, and providing technical assistance to staff. The role ensures a project's effectiveness and helps improve future strategies by turning data into actionable insights.

Job Requirements:

1- Education: Diploma or Bachelor degree is often preferred.
2- Skills: Proficiency in M&E concepts and methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
3- Experience: Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the nonprofit or development sector.
4- Technical skills: Experience with data analysis software, statistical analysis tools, and data management systems.
5- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
