Job Descriptions:

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

Under the overall guidance of the Counter Fraud Coordinator the Intern will be inloved in the following key tasks to learn, practice and perform.

  • Support team in implementing and ensuring compliance in line with the counter fraud policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and follow-up tasks with respective person/unit, as assigned.
  • Assist team in coordinating with fucntions, in order to make sure that we identifies the potential fraud risks and works to provide mitigation measures for them.  
  • Uphold high levels of professional behaviour and maintain the standards required by the organization policy.
  • Provide support to the team in recording and updating data for investigation cases.
  • Support in the implementation of awareness program or Induction.
  • Assist in the planning of trainings and facilitate meetings as required by the supervisor.
  • Provide support in keeping track of documentation.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor degree in social sciences in any dicislpine. (Fresh Graduates)

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Essential

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fair analytical skills
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • Fluent in local languages, mainly Dari and Pashto with intermediate skills in English Language.
  • Good self-starter with effective time management skills
  • Strong skills in coordinating and collaborating with others in partnership
  • Positive, solution-driven, respectful and with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • IT skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Desireable

  • Understanding of counter fraud principles will be an asset.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in challenging environment.
