Job Description

Position: Hospital Receptionist

Location: Shaheed Sardar Mohammad Dawod Khan Hospital 

Reports to: Hospital Manager 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Greet and assist patients and visitors.

- Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.

- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information.

- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments.

- Provide excellent customer service at the front desk.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- Bacjoler of Arts or Master in administration preferred.

- 3–5 years of experience in reception or customer service (healthcare preferred).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good computer and data-entry skills.

- Professional attitude, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
