Job Descriptions:

  • Implement suggestions for improvement to enhance performance and contribute more effectively to the team.
  • Participate in all individual performance reviews, as well reviews of the internship scheme to assess progress and development.

Job Requirements:

Education/ Training

The applicant must of completed High School (12th Grade) Education.

Professional Skills, Competencies, Values and Attitudes

Must pass Afghanaid’s internship exam, have a good command on English and as well Dari and/or Pashto and demonstrate through an application letter, CV and interview process, that they have the motivation, drive, attitude, teamwork, professionalism, skills and knowledge, and potential that will allow them to thrive and excel in the internship role.
