Otatickets.com employs an advanced system that integrates Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and web services from travel service providers, airlines, and Global Distribution Systems (GDS). This sophisticated integration empowers the platform to offer a comprehensive range of travel options, including international flights. It is designed to accommodate a diverse clientele and features a user-friendly interface supported by advanced functionality.

Our online platform, Otatickets.com, is Afghanistan’s first B2C online flight booking portal, designed to simplify travel bookings by providing instant access to global airline networks, competitive fares, and secure online payment methods.

Position Summary

We are looking for a professional and expert Full Stack Developer to manage and have full control over our system backend and frontend for our travel portals.

Technical Requirements

BACKEND

The candidate must have strong knowledge and experience in:

• Node.js
• TypeScript
• Frameworks: Express, Nest.js
• Docker
• MySQL, SQL
• Redis
• RabbitMQ
• REST & gRPC
• Third-party APIs integration (JSON, SOAP)
• Git and GitHub version control CI/CD
• Microservices architecture
• Familiar with:

FRONT-END

The candidate must have strong knowledge and experience in:

• JavaScript
• TypeScript
• Frameworks: React, Next.js (ISR, CSR, SSG, SSR, PPR)
• State Management: Zustand or Redux
• React Query (TanStack Query)
• UI & Styling: Tailwind CSS, ShadCN UI
• Feature-based folder structure
• Familiar with:
  • Micro Frontend architecture
  • SEO

System Administration & Control

• Full control and maintenance of servers, hosting, and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor uptime, backups, system logs, and performance.
• Handle deployments, updates, and version control (Git).

Integration & Automation

• Integrate third-party APIs (airlines, GDS, payment gateways, SMS/email systems).
• Automate booking workflows, reporting, and admin operations.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance to IT team and developers.
• Document system architecture and development processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.

Other Professional Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage full system backend and frontend.
• Experience working in team environments and rapid development.
• Good communication skills in English (Dari/Pashto is an advantage).
• Ability to document code, systems, and architecture clearly.
