Job Descriptions:

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Training & Business Development Manager to manage training programs and expand our taxation and financial services business.

Key Responsibilities

Training Management

·         Design, develop, and manage training programs for students and external participants

·         Conduct capacity-building sessions related to taxation, accounting, and compliance.

·         Prepare training materials, course outlines, and learning resources.

·         Ensure training programs align with company objectives and local market needs.

·         Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve program quality.

Business Development (Taxation Services)

·         Identify and pursue new business opportunities in taxation and financial services.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with different category of taxpayers.

·         Conduct market research to identify client needs and industry trends.

·         Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

·         Attend client meetings, networking events, and business forums.

·         Achieve assigned monthly and annual business development targets.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

·         Experience in training delivery, education, or capacity building is an advantage.

·         Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·         Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

·         Good networking and relationship-building skills.

Experience

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in training, business development, or professional services

·         Experience working with capacity building, taxation, financial and audit companies are preferred.
