Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Familiar with computer programs.
- Identify
and acquire new customers through various sales strategies.
- Meet
or exceed monthly sales targets by selling database products.
- Present
and promote the company’s database solutions to potential customers in a
persuasive and effective manner.
- Develop
and maintain long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat
business and referrals.
- Conduct
in-depth consultations with clients to understand their business needs and
recommend the most suitable database solutions.
- Provide
clients with information on database features, pricing, and technical
specifications.
- Maintain
strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
and continued business.
- Handle
customer queries and concerns professionally, ensuring quick resolution.
- Provide
after-sales support to ensure clients are satisfied and encourage contract
renewals or upgrades.
- Stay
updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings related
to database and digital solutions.
- Keep
track of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Negotiate
terms, pricing, and contracts with potential customers, ensuring a win-win
outcome.
- Close
deals and follow through to ensure smooth implementation of database
solutions.
Job Requirements

Communication Skills: Strong
verbal and written communication skills to clearly present and explain database
solutions to customers.
· Sales Experience: Proven track
record in sales, preferably in digital products, IT solutions, or database
services.
· Customer Service Skills: Ability
to manage relationships and provide excellent service to clients.
· Negotiation Skills: Ability to
negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively.
· Market Knowledge: Understanding of
database solutions and competitors.
· Problem-Solving: Quick
decision-making and the ability to address customer issues promptly.

Organizational Skills: Capable of
managing multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
