Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Topographical Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land and topographic surveys, collecting accurate field data, and preparing survey drawings and reports to support engineering, construction, and development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct topographical, boundary, and construction surveys

• Collect and record field data using GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment

• Prepare and review topographic maps, survey drawings, and reports

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry standards

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers

• Verify existing survey data and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain surveying equipment and ensure proper calibration

• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Topographical Surveyor

• Strong knowledge of surveying methods and instruments

• Proficiency in survey and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar)

• Ability to read and interpret construction and engineering drawings

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to work outdoors and on construction sites
