• Responsible for ensuring availability of trolleys in the allocated premises.
• Collect trolleys from airport premises (parking lots and arrival areas) and return them to pick-up points.
• Ensuring that trolleys are available for customer use, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the trolley area.
• Report any damaged trolleys and prevent any trolleys misuses.
• Observe all the airport security and safety regulations regarding the trolleys handling and movement.
• Assisting the elderly or families’ passengers with lifting luggage onto trolleys.
• Any other lawful duties assigned by supervisor.

Education:

• At least high school.

Experience:

• A minimum of one year experience in ground handling, Customer service or baggage handling.
