Job Descriptions:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales and Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic and fast-growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our sales team by performing a variety of tasks related to sales operations, such as customer service and order processing. You will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing sales operations, such as developing and implementing new processes, analyzing customer data, and optimizing sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in sales operations and customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales operations and maximize efficiency.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify key trends and areas of improvement.
  • Monitor sales force performance and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Establish and maintain effective processes and procedures to ensure sales objectives are achieved.
  • Design, implement, and manage incentive programs to motivate the sales force.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer service and sales operations.
  • Create and maintain accurate and timely reports on sales activities.
  • Monitor budget expenditures and ensure sales operations remain within budget.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure all campaigns are effective and efficient.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement. Assist with the implementation of new policies and procedures to improve operations

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Typically, 3–5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar analytical role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of CRM platforms
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and present reports to executive leadership.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Sales Forecast Accuracy: The degree to which predicted sales match actual results.
  • CRM Adoption Rate: The frequency and accuracy with which the sales team utilizes the CRM.
  • Sales Cycle Length: The time taken from initial lead qualification to a closed deal.
  • Lead-to-Close Ratio: Effectiveness of the sales funnel in converting prospects.
