Construction Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in industrial construction projects, including industrial hangars, heavy-duty structures, and machine foundations. The candidate will be responsible for complete site supervision, supplier and contractor coordination, cost control, documentation, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction of industrial buildings, hangars, machine foundations, and company facilities.
• Monitor daily attendance and performance of construction workers and ensure proper workers’ facilities on site.
• Strictly supervise site activities to maintain quality standards and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with construction material suppliers; review market prices and negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
• Oversee material arrivals, verify quantities, and inspect material quality.
• Measure and calculate constructed areas and quantities in coordination with contractors and masons.
• Prepare daily wage sheets and maintain computerized records of labor payments.
• Prepare detailed quantity calculations, supplier and contractor ledgers, and final payment statements.
• Coordinate with the finance department regarding laborers, contractor and suppliers payments, and outstanding balances.
• Draft construction contracts and agreements with suppliers and contractors.
• Prepare and draft drawings using AutoCAD; review and approve drawings submitted by suppliers and contractors.
• Manage and safeguard company construction assets, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and overall construction progress.

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in industrial construction projects, especially industrial hangars and machine foundation works.
• 5 years of professional relevant experiences.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel structures, and heavy industrial construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Strong negotiation, contract drafting, supervision, and cost-control skills.
• Ability to manage site operations, documentation, and financial coordination independently.
