The Obstetrician and Gynecologist Specialist will provide comprehensive maternal and reproductive healthcare services, prioritizing maternal and neonatal safety.

• M.D. degree from a recognized university.
• Postgraduate specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology, validated by MoPH.
• Valid and active MoPH registration/license (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years of post-specialization experience in OB/GYN. Preference for candidates with hands-on experience in deliveries, C-sections, gynecological surgeries, and antenatal/postnatal care. Experience in high-volume or private hospitals is an advantage.
• Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto; English is an advantage.
• Female specialists are preferred to enhance patient comfort and trust.

Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, ethical practice, and ability to manage high-stress emergency situations and shift work.
