Job Description
The Sales Officer– ISP Solutions is responsible for acquiring and managing corporate and business clients by offering tailored internet and connectivity services. The role focuses on solution-based selling, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving agreed sales targets while contributing to UA Telecom’s business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and engage new corporate, business, and organizational clients.

Assess client requirements and provide tailored internet and connectivity solutions.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up.

Conduct client meetings, calls, and professional presentations to showcase solutions.

Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and clients through calls, emails, and meetings.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while actively contributing to business growth.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Collaborate with technical, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Maintain accurate sales records, track client interactions, and report progress to management.

Continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge to provide high-quality client solutions.
Job Requirements
Qulifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or 14th-grade/diploma with strong sales, marketing, or ISP/telecom experience.

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

Experience in ISP, telecom, or technology sales is an advantage
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and meet agreed performance targets

Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English.
