Laboratory Technologist (Night shift)

Shefajo Medical Center is a specialized healthcare institution dedicated to women’s health, maternal care, pediatrics, and diagnostic services. Established in 2016, the center has a capacity of five beds and is committed to delivering high-quality medical care with a patient-centered approach, serving the community of Kabul with professionalism and compassion.

The Laboratory Technologist will be responsible for conducting routine laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results, maintaining quality control, and supporting daily diagnostic operations. The candidate should be familiar with operating semi- and fully-automated instruments and must follow laboratory safety and quality standards.

•            Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a clinical laboratory.

•            Familiarity with automated analyzers (e.g., Autobio, Snibe, etc.) preferred.

•            Good understanding of laboratory procedures and documentation.

•            Strong communication and teamwork skills.
