Job Description
Responsible for providing nursing care to pediatric patients, monitoring vital signs, administering medications as prescribed, assisting doctors during treatment, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a safe and clean ward environment.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Valid nursing license/certificate
- At least 3 year relevant experience in pediatric ward preferred
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in shifts
- Basic knowledge of patient care and emergency response
- Honest, responsible, and professional attitude
