Job Description
BEID Consulting Services (BCS) – Capacity Building Center is seeking highly qualified, certified, and experienced trainers in a wide range of professional and academic fields. The following list includes priority areas; however, it is not limited to these subjects only. Trainers from other relevant disciplines are also strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities of Selected Trainers:
The selected trainers will be responsible for delivering high-quality, result-oriented training programs that meet international standards and the needs of participants. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivered interactive, engaging, and practical training sessions aimed at achieving measurable learning outcomes and enhancing participants’ skills and knowledge.
- Designed and developed structured training materials, modules, and lesson plans in alignment with global best practices and competency-based learning approaches.
- Conducted pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate participants’ progress, learning achievements, and overall training effectiveness.
- Prepared detailed training reports, including session summaries, participant attendance, assessment results, key outcomes, and recommendations for future program improvement, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Provided continuous feedback, coaching, and mentorship to support participants’ professional development and capacity building.
- Supported trainees in preparing for international certification exams and improving their readiness for professional and academic success.
- Adapted training methodologies and instructional approaches based on participants’ levels, learning needs, and specific course requirements.
- Maintained high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication with all participants and relevant stakeholders.
- Contributed to the continuous improvement, innovation, and quality enhancement of training programs, curriculum design, and delivery methods.
- Actively participated in coordination meetings, reporting activities, and program evaluation processes whenever required.
- Ensured a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment that encourages participation, engagement, and effective learning for all trainees.
- Prepared detailed training reports, including session summaries, participant attendance, assessment results, key outcomes, and recommendations for future program improvement, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication with stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of proven experience in teaching or professional training
- Relevant international certification(s) in the training field
- Fluency in Dari, Pashto, Urdo, and English
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience working with reputable organizations or training institutions
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and effectively engage participants
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality training outcomes
