Job Description
Quality Assurance:
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure client satisfaction through 24/7 communication, address complaints/ problems and ensure contractual requirements & standards
- Ensure implementation of PSC1/ISO 18788/9001:2015 standards across all projects
- Maintain data base of all company documents samples
- Ensure all staff are trained in accordance with and are aware of PSC1/ ISO standards, policies and procedures…
- Conduct daily, quarterly, biannual and annual internal audits to monitor implementation of PSC1/ISO
- Conduct on-going training of management or staff to update staff on PSC1 / ISO requirements and updates
- Assist in creating PSC1/ ISO systems and procedures
- Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly liaison with consulting PSC1/ ISO auditor (in English)
- Present company policies & procedures in relation to PSC1/ ISO to an international audit panel(in person)
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by line manager
IT:
Key Accountabilities:
- IT Officer is responsible for the full management of the information technology and computer systems network of NSS Company
- IT officer is responsible to plan, organize, control and evaluate IT data operations
- IT Officer is responsible to design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems are adhered to
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- The file server should be managed and controlled under the supervision and management of IT Officer
- Backups of the data of the company in the server system or in the secured hard disk system weekly or monthly
- To change, edit or disable the email user account as per company policy in case on employee is terminated, moved to other position or leaves the job
- To maintain NSS company website more secure by providing the SSL digital certificates
- To assist in rebranding the websites professionally to grab the client attention
- Quality of internet should be supervised under the management of IT Officer
- Develop and maintain IT policy
- Monitor firewall and Cyber security of all projects and company HQ’s
- Develop overall standard for hardware and conduct training to employees on all new software’s and hardware.
- Any other tasks assigned by line manager
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- Formal training or certification in Quality Management Systems or auditing practices is highly desirable.
- Relevant IT certifications in system administration, networking, or IT service management are an advantage.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline is considered an asset.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant professional experience in Quality Assurance and Information Technology functions.
- Proven exposure to organizational compliance processes, document control, and participation in internal or external audits.
- Practical experience to troubleshoot IT-related issues, users, and basic system testing.
Technical Knowledge:
- Sound understanding of Quality Management Systems, compliance monitoring, and audit preparation.
- Familiarity with documentation control, corrective action follow-up, and process improvement practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot IT-related issues and maintain reliable system support.
Skills & Personal Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Advanced command of spoken and written English.
- High level of integrity and responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional coordination with departments.
- Commitment to professionalism and continuous learning.
