Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation properly.
- Prepare official letters, memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and proper working environment.
- Monitor office supplies and prepare requests for procurement when needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules.
Staff Support
- Support management and staff in administrative matters.
- Maintain attendance records and leave documentation.
- Assist new employees with orientation and office arrangements.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain inventory records of office equipment and supplies.
- Monitor usage of office assets and report damages or shortages.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of office furniture and equipment.
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and travel arrangements when required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and documents.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with company administrative policies.
- Prepare administrative reports for management.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information and documents.

Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in administration or office management.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Professional attitude and teamwork ability.
Computer Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package:

- Outlook/Email communication
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English and Turkish Language.
- Good knowledge of Pashto and Dari is preferred.
Working Conditions
- Full-time office-based position.
- May require occasional field visits or overtime based on organizational needs.
