- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or similar projects.
- Knowledge of local HSE regulations and international safety standards.
- Professional HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigations.
- Ability to prepare HSE reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
