• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Operations Management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• excellent skills in problem-solving, organization, and planning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• aptitude for preparing and evaluating operational reports Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with inventory management, procurement, and logistics operations.
