we are looking for a qualified and experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to manage the complete accounting and finance operations of our new project. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounts, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, internal controls, and day-to-day financial management.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts staff, preparing reports for management, controlling expenses, and ensuring smooth financial operations of the project.

• Manage daily accounting operations of the project
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment records
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting
• Monitor project expenses and ensure proper cost control
• Prepare budgets and compare actual expenses with budgeted costs
• Supervise accounts staff and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, customers, auditors, and tax consultants
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and company policies
• Prepare payable and receivable reports
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making
• Develop and improve internal accounting controls and reporting systems

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of job experience in a production or manufacturing company
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems, financial reporting, taxation, audits, and internal controls
• Good command of accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong accounting and financial management knowledge
• Experience in production/manufacturing company accounts
• Knowledge of costing, inventory, raw material purchases, production expenses, and stock reconciliation
• Excellent command of MS Excel and accounting software
• Ability to manage accounts independently
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good leadership and team management skills
