Job Description

We are inviting CVs for the position of Livelihood Trainer to deliver hands-on training under a rural livelihoods program in Badakhshan and Kunar. The role will build the practical skills that households need to improve and diversify their incomes. The trainer will deliver field-based sessions on climate-smart agriculture, improved production techniques, and basic livelihood skills, adapting content to local conditions and literacy levels. The role will work closely with the livelihoods specialist to plan training schedules, prepare simple training materials, and reach both men and women participants through culturally appropriate arrangements. The trainer will also support follow-up with trained households to reinforce learning and to capture practical results. Strong facilitation skills, patience, and the ability to teach in a clear, practical way to rural participants will be central to this position.
