Position: Trade & Operations Officer
Location: Kabul, Afghanistan
About Us
We are an international group active in metals trading, logistics, recruitment and visa services with operations in Germany, Dubai and Afghanistan.
Key Responsibilities
• Support business development activities and identify new customers and partners.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers and applicants by email, phone and WhatsApp.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, invoices and business correspondence.
• Coordinate shipment documentation and logistics activities.
• Follow up with shipping lines, freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets and operational summaries.
• Support recruitment and visa processing activities.
• Maintain accurate records and company databases.
• Coordinate with our teams in Germany and Dubai.
Job Requirements
Requirements
• Fluent in Dari and good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, logistics, freight forwarding, international trade, recruitment or business operations.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and online business tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in import/export documentation and international shipping procedures.
• Experience working with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers or logistics companies.
• Experience in recruitment, visa processing or international workforce mobility.
• Knowledge of social media, online marketing or business development is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Germany, the UAE or international business environments is a plus.
