We are looking for a creative and experienced Photographer & Video Editor to lead our brand’s visual storytelling and digital content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos, producing engaging visual content, and managing post-production to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement across all platforms.

Education & Experience:

Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in photography and video editing (combined or separate roles).
A professional portfolio demonstrating both photography and video production work is required.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, or similar editing tools.
Strong understanding of cameras, lighting equipment, and video production tools.

Camera Skills:
Strong proficiency in operating professional DSLR and mirrorless cameras, with solid understanding of camera settings, lighting techniques, framing, and composition for both photo and video production.

Language:

Good communication skills in Pashto, Dari, and English are preferred.

Skills:

Strong visual storytelling, composition, lighting, and color grading skills.
Ability to produce high-quality photo and video content for digital platforms.
Strong editing and post-production skills for both short-form and long-form content.
Attention to detail and strong sense of visual aesthetics and branding consistency.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on creative projects.

Ability:

Ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple photo and video shoots while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to organize, maintain, and efficiently manage structured media libraries, archives, and digital assets.
Ability to create engaging, high-quality visual content that aligns with brand identity, marketing goals, and campaign objectives.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, project requirements, and creative directions while maintaining consistency and quality.
Ability to understand social media content needs and produce visuals optimized for modern digital platforms and trends.
