Job Description

Job Title: Regional / Area Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional / Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen our dealer network in the assigned region of Afghanistan. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the two-wheeler industry, strong knowledge of the local market, and the ability to increase sales through dealer development, customer engagement, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and regional sales targets by supporting dealers, identifying sales opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Dealer Network Management:
    • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers.
    • Identify, recruit, and develop new dealer partners to expand market coverage.
    • Provide regular support and guidance to dealers to improve sales performance and customer service.
  • Market Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the assigned region.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend growth strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, fleet customers, and key business partners.
    • Support dealers in resolving customer concerns and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance & Reporting:
    • Monitor dealer sales performance, inventory movement, and market coverage.
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
  • Marketing & Promotional Activities:
    • Coordinate and execute local marketing campaigns, dealer events, roadshows, and promotional activities.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and generate demand within the region.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities to increase market share and improve dealer profitability.
    • Ensure dealers follow company policies, branding standards, and sales processes.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

 

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·         Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the two-wheeler (motorcycle) industry is preferred. Candidates with relevant sales experience in the consumer durables industry are also encouraged to apply.

·         Strong understanding of the Afghan market and local business culture.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
