1. System/Customer Support Officer (Night Shift)

Role Overview
Responsible for 24/7 monitoring of network infrastructure and customer services, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity, SLA compliance, and rapid resolution of technical incidents through multi-level support escalation.
Key Responsibilities

- Monitor network systems using EMCO, Air Control, Cacti, and monitoring tools
- Detect and resolve network faults (latency, downtime, interference, CCQ, bitrate degradation)
- Manage full lifecycle of customer complaints and technical incidents
- Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting for wireless, BTS, PTP, switches, routers, and CPE
- Maintain accurate records of installations, bandwidth, IP allocation, and hotspot users
- Perform remote diagnostics for customer connectivity and LAN issues
- Support firmware upgrades and system updates
- Coordinate with Sales/CRM for service adjustments and inactive customers
- Communicate outages and planned maintenance to stakeholders

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT/network operations, preferably in ISP or telecom environments.

2. System Administrator (Core Network & Infrastructure)

Role Overview
Responsible for managing UA Telecom’s core network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, servers, bandwidth control systems, and upstream connectivity to ensure stability, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain core routers, switches, and firewall systems
- Manage bandwidth allocation, traffic shaping, and network policies
- Administer monitoring platforms (Cacti, UCRM, NTP, EMCO)
- Handle IP management, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, and PPPoE systems

- Coordinate with upstream providers for fault resolution
- Manage hotspot systems and bandwidth scheduling

Requirements

- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree in a related major field.
- With a Bachelor’s degree: minimum of 5 years’ experience in system or network administration; with a Master’s degree: minimum of 3 years, preferably within an ISP environment.
- CCNA and CCNP certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco, MikroTik, and Ubiquiti (UBQT) devices.
- Advanced knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and PPPoE.

3. Microwave Technician
