Job Purpose

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing creative and professional visual content that enhances Wadan Steel's brand identity and supports the company's marketing, sales, and corporate communication activities. The role ensures consistent branding across all print and digital platforms while promoting Wadan Steel's products, services, and corporate image.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for digital, social media, and promotional platforms.
• Trim, arrange, and enhance video footage by adding graphics, transitions, effects, music, and subtitles.
• Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, product profiles, flyers, banners, billboards, signage, packaging, and corporate stationery.
• Develop engaging digital content for the company's website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Create product visuals, technical datasheets, info-graphics, presentations, and promotional materials for Wadan Steel's products and projects.
• Ensure all designs comply with the company's branding guidelines and maintain a consistent corporate identity.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Production departments to develop creative concepts that support business objectives and promotional campaigns.
• Capture and edit photographs and videos of the company's facilities, production processes, products, projects, and events for marketing and documentation purposes.
• Coordinate with printing houses, advertising agencies, media partners, and external suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality production of marketing materials.
• Maintain and organize the company's digital asset library, including logos, templates, images, and design files.
• Stay informed about design trends, digital marketing practices, and new creative technologies to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Support corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, CSR activities, and other promotional initiatives through creative design and branding.
• Perform any other marketing and graphic design duties assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or marketing communications. Experience in the manufacturing, construction materials, industrial, or steel sector is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software. 
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and print production.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English, Dari, and Pashto is an advantage.
