Momin Hospital is seeking a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Night Shift Supervisor to oversee and manage all hospital activities during night hours, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care and supporting staff.

• Supervise all hospital operations during the night shift
• Ensure effective coordination among medical, administrative, and support staff
• Respond promptly to emergencies and urgent situations
• Ensure delivery of quality healthcare services in line with hospital policies
• Maintain discipline and proper workflow during the night shift
• Record and document incidents, activities, and issues
• Provide regular reports to management on night shift status
• Support continuous improvement of services and operations

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant education in a health-related field or management
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience (hospital experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure
• Willingness and ability to work night shifts
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• High level of responsibility, accuracy, and professionalism
• Basic knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare services
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
