CAD / BIM / Shop Drawing Coordinator

Produce coordinated construction/shop/as-built drawings in accordance with engineering priorities and field requirements.• Prepare civil, architectural and MEP shop drawings from approved design information.
• Incorporate coordination comments, RFIs, field dimensions and approved material/vendor data.
• Maintain layer/naming standards, revisions and drawing register references.
• Produce coordinated ceiling, riser, equipment-room and builders-work drawings.
• Support quantity take-off and setting-out information where required.
• Update redlines and as-built drawings progressively.

Diploma/Bachelor in Drafting/Engineering/Architecture; minimum 4 years construction drafting experience.

AutoCAD advanced; Revit/BIM desirable; MEP/civil coordination; drawing standards; attention to detail.
